Registration for CyberForge 2026 will open on August 1, 2025. Please stay tuned for CyberForge 2026 registration info. Please contact cyberforge@cvcsa-cyber.org with questions.

Registration Fees (Opens August 1):

• Students (requires .edu email address)

  • August 1 - August 31: $10

  • September 1 - Close: $15

• General:

  • August 1 - August 31: $30

  • September 1 - Close: $40

CyberForge 2026 Registration Check-in Info!

There are some changes to the registration and check-in procedures for CyberForge 2025. Please ensure to follow all of the procedures or you may be denied entry into the event:

1. All student registrations MUST use a .edu email address

2. A valid email address MUST be used

3. A photo ID MUST be presented when checking-in at the conference (i.e. driver's license, student ID, employer badge, etc.)

4. Conference badge MUST be worn at all times when at the conference

Room Types Available:

• 2 Queen Bed Rooms

• 1 King Bed Rooms

Rate: $110 per night + taxes (subject to change)

Available Booking Dates:

• Check-in as early as: March 26, 2026

• Check-out as late as: March 30, 2026

Guests may book any combination of nights within this range.

Secure your room early to lock in the discounted rate—rates are expected to increase after September 2025 and availability is limited. A booking link and full reservation details will be provided soon.
